You must first register for some of our services. When you register, we will use the user name that you have selected to store the personal details that you provide. HOW LONG WE STORE PERSONAL DATA
QBTEC BV will not store your data for longer than strictly necessary to realise the purpose for which it was collected. We implement the following storage periods for personal data:
Newsletter: As long as the person remains a customer of QBTEC BV. Subscribers can unsubscribe from the newsletter system using the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Requesting quote and contact: This personal data will remain in our online database for up to 3 months after it was entered. You can also immediately remove your details from our database using the link in the automated reply that is sent when using our contact form.
SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
QBTEC BV will only share data with third parties and others if this is needed to execute our agreement with you or to comply with a legal requirement.

ACCESSING, RECTIFYING AND DELETING DATA|

To verify that a request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of ID card together with your request. When making this copy, strike out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip featuring numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is done to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but certainly within four weeks.
